Nodes
About Nodes
A node in nodeProtect is a Windows Server with an installed agent that reports and receives firewall configurations and inventory jobs from the nodeProtect server.

All Nodes View
- Name: The name of the onboarded node.
- Status: A brief summary of the status for the node.
- Last Heartbeat: Shows you the last time a node reported back with status to the nodeProtect server.
- Actions: A shortcut Actions menu to edit, apply configurations and remove an onboarded node from nodeProtect.
Edit Nodes
When choosing to edit a node you are presented with the following information.

This view is intended for informational display purposes only and does not allow for any configurational changes.
Details
- Name: Stipulates the name for the specific node.
- Last Heartbeat: Shows you the last time a node reported back with status to the nodeProtect server.
- Modules: Shows installed modules for the relevant node.
- Groups: Shows which node groups this node is a member of.
Jobs
Show and submit analyze Firewall jobs to the relevant node.

Configuration
Displays the summary of the current configuration that has been applied for a node.
This view is intended for informational display purposes only and does not allow for any configurational changes.

Pending Changes
If a node has a defined configuration which has been changed on the server side these changes must be approved and applied to the node.
